A Top 40 firm is recruiting for a Motor Fraud and Complex Credit Hire Associate to join their team in Liverpool.Role Overview
Our client is recruiting for a motor fraud and complex hire associate to join a team dealing with fast track, multi track, fraud, credit hire and indemnity issues. Successful candidate would ideally have previous experience of handling a case load of litigated motor fraud as a defendant.Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking an associate who can demonstrate:

• Be able to pose Part 35 questions, make Part 36 offers and instruct Counsel and investigators.
• Excellent organisational skills to deal with your caseload effectively.
• Achieve set chargeable hours and financial targets.
• Able to work as part of an existing team.
