The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business!Role Overview:The role is really varied, working with the whole Off Trade team and across all channels. You will work closely with the Grocery side of our business to report performance, becoming the expert on competitor activity as well as supporting teams across the business with insights on performance.You will report into a National Account Manager for Grocery & Online, so for the right candidate there is also an opportunity to take on account management responsibility in time and obtain exposure to customers.You will work closely with a number of teams across the business including Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance as well as the wider sales team.Key Responsibilities:

  • As a NAE you will be supporting the sales team to function seamlessly, by reporting on and analysing weekly EPOS sales data, and taking ownership of the master data to ensure ongoing accuracy.
  • Creating and overseeing solutions to drive efficiencies and knowledge within the team by taking ownership of tools and trackers such as competitor promotions, activations and NPD.
  • Support the Head of Retail and wider team with adhoc analysis to support the Off Trade strategy
  • Work with Commercial Finance and Grocery NAMs to build our knowledge of promo performance to help us implement learnings faster.
  • Owner of Online resources and systems including Brandbank, Online IRI data, Evolve, and Optimised Imagery
  • Support your line manager with the management of Amazon.co.uk, with the opportunity to be the account manager in time.
  • Support your line manager with the management of Grocery and online customers, to include promo nominations, invoice approvals and new line forms.

Skills required:

  • Graduated from University, and hold at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional ‘start-up’ attitude who relishes the challenge and opportunity this role presents.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence with numbers
  • You will be organised and be able to juggle numerous deadlines
  • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally. A positive attitude and the desire to learn is key.
