Hi everyone,I’m in healthcare, which means my work shifts vary from day to night, and my hours can be unpredictable, especially if I’m stuck outside the hospital. I have a 5-year-old, and I’m struggling to find childcare that fits my schedule.I’m considering hiring someone who could help with school drop-offs/pick-ups, giving him food or help him shower and put him to bed and stay overnight when I’m on a night shift.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!KECreated by Kirsten
