We are a remote-first, multicultural team building a B2B technical platform to address the needs of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in managing their business spend. The platform is an API-first, SaaS solution, utilizing new technologies with a sleek, modern UI, and is designed to be distributed via large strategic partners, primarily in the financial services sector.We seek individuals who work smarter and faster, continually improving quality and service. They use technology to automate routine tasks and remain focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial outcomes for the business and partner channel. Experience in business travel, corporate payments, and finance practices is desirable.What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:– Work with development teams and product managers to build or enhance neo1 features– Design client-side and scalable server-side architecture– Build the front-end applications through appealing visual design with accessibility and mobile responsive design in mind– Adopt a security first mindset– Write effective APIs– Ensure all functionalities are correctly tested and immune to regressions– Write technical documentationWhat We’re Looking For:– Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (
3 years)– Solid JVM skills and familiarity with frameworks like Spring– Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (Typescript, CSS, React, Cypress, RTL …)– UI Design skills– Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases– Cloud development experience and/or certification: Amazon Web Services– Experience with API and software design– Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done– Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English– Exposure working in Agile development– Experience or knowledge of the banking industry, especially credit card data#GBTJOBSLocation
