This is an exciting time to join a rapidly developing team and growing business.More about your roleWe are seeking to recruit a New Business Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating and delivering new business for our organisation as well as promoting the range of services we offer. You will ensure that growth is achieved, and sales targets hit by developing and implementing a business plan that will expand our customer base and presence in the marketplace.Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will build and develop relationships with other members of DFM and DS, identifying emerging markets, potential shifts as well as new products and other trends.More about youYou will work autonomously to promote our services to clients and ensure to take any opportunities from prospect to completion. In addition, you will play a key role in searching for, identifying and obtaining new business leads through social media marketing and prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a network of contacts within the student or property sector.At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Sales Manager/ Representative with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets,
  • A proven track record of working on the sales process from start to finish,
  • PBSA, BTR, Property Management experience,
  • Excellent communication and time management skills,
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
