• Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Associate’s degree from accredited college or University

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from accredited college or University
