Night Receiver

A local grocery distribution center in NE Portland is looking to add an experienced receiver to their night shift team!

In this role you would be working in their warehouse supporting incoming truck inspection to ensure that they are following cold chain custody and using an RF scanner to enter purchase order information to print receiving paperwork and print pallet tags.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and a great way to get your foot in the door with a growing company that puts an emphasis on your training and growth.

Night Receiver Responsibilities:

• Record quantity and quality of goods received
• Properly distribute received product to either storage or pick slots using FIFO
• Ensures that shipper BOLs and receiving paperwork match
• Enter correct pack/expire dates on products received

You would be great for this position if you have a high attention to detail and can work independently.

Night Receiver Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as a receiver
• 1+ year experience with sit down forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
• Experience with WMS receiving functions

Schedule:
4:30pm-2am

• Rotating days of the week
• Schedules are typically 10-12 hours long and 5 days per week

Pay
: $21-26/Hour depending on experience
