With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.What will you be doing?You’ll be Monitoring various telecoms management systems and responding to alarms/events within SLA.You’ll be Conducting detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics of Cisco data devices, microwave radios, and ethernet/IP based solutions.You’ll be executing pre-compiled technical routines for remote fault diagnosis and resolution and providing remote technical guidance to field engineers and applying configurations to network devices.You’ll be performing maintenance routines, adapting them as necessary, and completing work order configurations for network changes.You’ll be collaborating with customers to ensure work order completion and assisting in network reporting and analysis.What you’ll bring

• We’ll need you to bring your excellent IT skills, including competence with Microsoft products and working with CLI commands.
• You have clear understanding of Telecoms systems and communication technologies.
• We’ll need you to bring your effective communication skills, including written and structural abilities.
• You’ll be assertive in dealing with customers both in person and remotely via calls/video calls.
• You will have a CCNA qualification.
