Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts availableLocation: Washington Heights, NYJob Type: Full-Time and Part-Time schedules availableResponsibilities:
- Checking and monitoring vital signs and accurately recording in patient’s charts
- Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements
- Assisting with daily living activities to ensure patients are well taken care of
- Helping patients with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and assisting with bathing
- Closely monitoring and recording food intake
Skills & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- Active BLS/CPR Certification
- Excellent oral communication skills when interacting with other health professionals in the presence of patients (bedside manner)
- Ability to endure high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
