• Level 2 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Level 3 desirable!)
• A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a flair for hands-on activities
• Adaptability and the ability to engage with children ages 3 months to 5 years
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting (this is a must!)
