Job DescriptionVox Consultants are hiring for an Occupational Therapist within a London Borough Council.
Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.You will be:
- To carry out Care Act Assessments for those discharged from hospitals.
- Work with other professionals to ensure the best outcome for Service Users.
- Completing CHC Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Functional Assessments.
Essentials:
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Registered to HCPC.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
