Your background in occupational/work/organisational psychology will allow you to perform in this role, where you will be responsible for leading projects around assessment design, validation, and implementation. You will support our global customers to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations that highlight the value and success of our assessments, including AI Scored Interview Assessments, Game based Assessments, Virtual Job Tryouts, and much more.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead assessment projectsProvide insights and visualizations that demonstrate value and success of the customer’s selection systemClearly communicate and present findings in a way that enables internal and external teams to make data-driven decisions and take action on resultsInterface with internal and external stakeholders to conduct and manage ongoing criterion validation studies, including adverse impact analysesHelp with research, innovation and team planning activitiesQualifications2-5 years experience with Assessments/Selection/Occupational psychology consultingPrefer Master’s degree in Work/Industrial/Organisational/Occupational Psychology Experience in the selection assessment development cycle: job analysis, content creation, validation, and scoringExperience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g, Python, R, Tableau, etc.), preferredProven success in developing analysis from both quantitative and qualitative dataStrong capabilities in building and explaining visual representation of dataExcellent presentation and design skills, specifically written and verbal communication to an executive audienceAbility to utilize data to demonstrate ROI pre and post implementationAbility to present results to technical and non-technical audiencesKnowledge of compliance and regulations on selection systemsAdditional InformationAll team members at HireVue are expected to embody our core values, which are the H.E.A.R.T. of HireVue. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings. Our organization has implemented a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy, HireVue uses Google User Enrollment, which ensures personal apps and data are kept separate from work apps and data should you choose to use your personal device for work purposes. HireVue can manage only the work-related aspects of the device, ensuring privacy for personal data.
