The team’s mission is to drive growth through collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions and fostering strong relationships with partners. Located primarily in France, this diverse team values teamwork and a supportive culture, encouraging members to contribute collectively towards the achievement of shared goals while expanding their professional networks and impact in the industry.You will report to the Senior Director of OEM and Alliances EMEA, who is known for a collaborative and empowering leadership style. This manager emphasizes team effort, encouraging open communication and mutual support among team members. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, reflecting the current employee’s arrangement, with no specific requirement for days in the office, offering flexibility to adapt to individual and team needs.This role involves significant travel, estimated at about 60%, primarily within the EMEA region, including but not limited to France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Occasional trips to the US may also occur, potentially one or two times per year, to strengthen partnerships and facilitate the sales process across different markets.Your Role

  • Manage and nurture relationships with OEM partners to drive collaboration and partnership development.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with vendors and partners to assess performance and opportunities.
  • Oversee sales reporting and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Support sales processes and facilitate deal closures across the EMEA region.
  • Identify and develop joint initiatives with partners to drive business growth.
  • Engage in a handover period with the outgoing manager to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  • Expand network and relationships with existing partners while exploring new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve collective goals.

What You Will Bring

  • 12+ years of sales experience, preferably in a vendor or similar role.
  • Experience in OEM alliance or channel partnership management.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • International experience, particularly within the EMEA region.
  • Ability to conduct thorough sales reporting and ensure sales accuracy.
  • Proven skills in understanding and facilitating the sales process.
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of infrastructure sales is a plus.

Work ArrangementRemote: This position is primarily remote.
