POSITION: Billing/Clerical AdministrationRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Billing
- Daily tracking and reporting
- Gathering data for daily reports
- Processing payments
- Provide excellent customer service VIA email, phone and in person
- Ability to answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Assist with booking appointments
- Filing/photocopying and printing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to manage high volumes of data
- Ability to manage demanding workloads and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to problem solve, be inquisitive and have passion to resolve issues with little supervision
- Ensures all paperwork and daily activities are completed accurately and on-time
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure, multi-tasked environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Have the desire to support all team members and be amenable to cross-train in all office activities
- Previous administrative experience or office experience is a must
