OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the COO and support our Senior Leadership Team by coordinating the daily operations of our large and bustling office environment.As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In addition to these responsibilities, you will coordinate the daily requirements of our office, manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order. You will be the go-to person for any office-related queries or issues, providing excellent customer service to all staff members.To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with individuals at all levels. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and excellent time management are also required.Working hours are 22.5 hours per week, spread over at least three days with a combination of onsite and remote work.
