About the role:

Are you highly organised with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We have an amazing opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our collaborative Operations team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing office logistics, ensuring that everything is in place for a productive work environment.

You’ll also handle asset management, including overseeing equipment, supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. If you’re looking for a hands-on, varied role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re a global organisation seeking an Office Coordinator to take ownership of our asset management and workplace logistics.

This is a full-time role and can be fully remote anywhere in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • IT Asset Management – Track, maintain, and allocate company IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, software licenses, etc.)

  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination – Order and renew IT/office supplies, liaising with suppliers for quotes and contract management

  • Basic IT Support – Assist with onboarding IT setups and coordinating with IT teams for maintenance

  • Workplace & Office Administration – Support office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office logistics, and ensuring a well-maintained work environment

  • Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate asset logs, purchase records, and office policies

  • Collaboration – Work closely with our Operations team to ensure all technical and administrative needs are met

    What we’re looking for:

     

  • Experience in IT asset management, office administration, or a similar role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve technical/admin challenges

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams

  • Familiarity with procurement, office logistics, or IT coordination is a plus!
