ActionCOACH is looking for a dynamic Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their Leicester Head Office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork! If you’re a people person with excellent multitasking skills and a passion for supporting a thriving team, they want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing:Office Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day office activities and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Handle email and phone inquiries from clients, franchise partners, and internal staff.
  • Keep stock levels in check and manage orders.
  • Book cost-effective venues for training and events.
  • Oversee office debit card usage and maintain accurate receipts.
  • Track and update key performance metrics on KPI spreadsheets.
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors and ensure their experience starts on a positive note.
  • Perform general administrative tasks that keep the wheels turning.

Team Leadership

  • Oversee the onboarding of new team members, organising equipment and system access.
  • Ensure smooth exit processes for departing staff and Franchise Partners.
  • Accurately complete payroll calculations for staff.
  • Track and record annual leave, sickness, and other absences.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary procedures, and support the development of the administrative team.
  • Keep communication flowing between departments by sharing updates.

IT & Systems

  • Offer basic technical support and manage IT equipment issues.
  • Administer key platforms such as LinkedIn, ActionPLAN, ActionCASH, Gmail, Shopify, APC, and Amazon Seller.

Franchise Partner Support

  • Be the first point of contact for new Franchise Partners, providing pre-training support.
  • Prepare and issue legal agreements to Franchise Partners.
  • Organise Discovery Days, including booking accommodations and refreshments.
  • Invite the ActionCOACH community to training events and team meetings.

Event & Record Management

  • Prepare paperwork and coordinate logistics for events.
  • Attend and assist in the administration of the annual BizX event.
  • Maintain the ActionCOACH territory map and British Franchise Association (BFA) records.
  • Manage lead distribution via HubSpot.

What They’re Looking For:Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administration.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, HR functions, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and other management systems.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and resolve complaints professionally.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
  • Full-time, office-based role in Leicester (LE9 9QU)
  • 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
