Description We are offering an opportunity for an Office Services Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role involves a range of office functions in a detail oriented environment. As an Office Services Associate, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks including answering calls, sorting mail, and managing additional projects. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system efficiently.

• Accepting deliveries and sorting mail for distribution within the office.

• Maintaining up-to-date phone lists and company directories.

• Handling additional projects as assigned and managing sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

• Communicating effectively with managers and clients on job or deadline issues.

• Operating machinery for repro tasks and mail processing.

• Conducting mail runs and managing shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

• Assisting in setting up and breaking down office spaces, including moving tables and furniture.

• Covering reception duties as needed, presenting a detail oriented demeanor and interacting with high-end clients.

• Responding promptly and professionally to emails and other forms of communication. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and communication

• Familiarity with office functions and operations

• Experience with training staff on procedures and policy

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls efficiently

• Experience in supervising office staff

• Ability to give presentations on various topics

• Knowledge about time management and scheduling

• Experience with hiring processes and recruiting staff

• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining logs

• Experience with receptionist duties

• Ability to troubleshoot office machinery and equipment

• Familiarity with facility management and maintenance

• Proficiency in digital tools and software

• Knowledge in handling financial notes and transactions

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to answer queries promptly and professionally

• Experience with shipping and deliveries

• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining logs

• Ability to maintain logs and records

• Familiarity with office machinery and equipment.
