To drive the implementation of a new global financial data model and project management methodology, enhancing operational efficiency, alignment, and effectiveness across Save the Children International and its member offices. By introducing these transformative systems and methodologies, the SCI Deployment Project aims to create a high-performing organization capable of delivering impactful and sustainable outcomes for children worldwide. This work is guided by our mission, core values, and strategic goals, ensuring that our processes remain up-to-date and fully equipped to address the evolving needs of our global mission.The Data Analysis Officer sits within the SCI Deployment Project and focuses on analysing and interpreting data for transformation projects to facilitate evidence-based decision-making while ensuring the accuracy and identification of trends, collaborating with Finance Specialists and provide clear, reliable data to drive project strategies. Experience and SkillsEssential1. Collaborative Engagement with Stakeholders: A foundation of experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and Finance Specialists to align organizational strategies.2. Collaborative Engagement with Stakeholders: Proficient experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with various internal and external partners, demonstrating approachability and excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with Save the Children’s values of integrity and creativity3. Data Analysis and Evidence-Based Strategies: Significant experience in developing and implementing rigorous data analysis methodologies, emphasizing accuracy and trend analysis to support evidence-based strategies.4. Collaborative Engagement with Stakeholders: Proficient in using data as a transformative tool to enhance the impact of services delivered to children, supporting ambitious goals through strategic, future-oriented thinking.5. Reporting and Visualisation: Experience in creating comprehensive reports and visualisations that translate complex data insights into clear and accessible formats for diverse audiences, maintaining transparency and accountability.6. Fostering a Data-Driven Culture: Considerable experience in championing a data-driven culture by educating and guiding team members on best practices in data analysis, ensuring awareness and adherence to data governance standards.7. Diversity and Inclusivity in Data Practices: Experience in identifying and addressing biases in data collection and analysis to uphold the principles of diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equity in all data-driven decision-making processes.8.
