Bring your ideas to our important work.ICF is seeking an On-Call Editor to work variable hours supporting proposals and business development materials for our Enterprise Proposal Center.You will edit proposal materials on a wide variety of topics (e.g., cybersecurity, global health, climate resilience, communications, disaster response, program evaluation) and will be able to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Editing timelines can vary dramatically, so flexibility is essential in being able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends.Anticipated minimum average workload is approximately 10 hours per week.What You Will Do:

  • Edit documents for consistency in style, voice, word usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and reference citation format.
  • Adhere closely to our house style and client style guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, carefully follow assignment instructions, and meet deadlines.

What You Will Bring With You:

  • Highschool diploma.
  • 5+ years of experience in providing editing services (i.e., style, voice, word usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, reference citations).

What We’d Like You To Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with various reference formats (e.g., APA).
  • Experience working with proposals to federal and state agencies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
