Find a job you’ll love today!Position Purpose:The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.Job Requirements:Facilitate job offers and manage compliance itemsRemind hires to accomplish the pre-employment requirements and surveysEnsure all trackers are updated for documentationWorkday OnboardingAttend internal calibrationsUpdate ATS and all internal trackersPrepare and submit master lists and other reports for access requests and calibration purposesFacilitate keep warm calls & ensure compliance at every TA tollgateAssist applicants’ inquiries regarding the hiring process and requirementsQualifications:Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environmentPreferably with a College degreeMust be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and Cubao, Quezon CityEnthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skillsAbility to function in a fast-paced environmentFlexible with shift schedules, including willingness to render OT and RDOTStrong customer-facing skills, including interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Protect yourself against job application fraud –If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
