We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Recruiter & Account Manager to support a well-established luxury brand in Ville Saint-Laurent. – Ongoing training and support to help you succeedKey Responsibilities:– Manage high-volume temporary recruitment needs for industrial/warehouse needs.
– Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
– Sit in on in-person interviews with hiring managers at the client’s office.
– Maintain a strong onsite presence (1-2 days per week, 3 days work from home) and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
– Secure and strengthen the account by providing exceptional service-this client values proactive problem-solving and dedication.If recruitment slows, think outside the box to continue adding value and identifying opportunities.Who You Are:– Experienced Recruiter: You have previous experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
– Client-Focused: You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
