Job DescriptionJob ID#:4283Job Category:Accounting/FinanceOur client is seeking an Operations Accountant to join their team in the Albany area.Responsibilities of the Operations Accountant will include:

• Process and manage sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate production, delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare invoices, manage inventory, and handle financial transactions.
• Support monthly financial reporting and month-end reconciliations.
• Assist in accounts receivable, collections, and procurement.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams and manage compliance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Operations Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, regulatory, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with logistics and regulatory operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
