Ce poste est une excellente occasion d’être en première ligne pour façonner l’avenir de la mobilité à Lille.We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, entrepreneurial minded individual to join our Lille, France Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their Lille, France.The individual hired into this position must be within a commutable distance from Lime’s Lille, France warehouse.What you’ll do:

• Embaucher et encadrer tous les niveaux de mécaniciens et d’opérateurs responsables du déploiement et de la récupération de nos véhicules électriques partagés.
• Construire un environnement d’entrepôt sûr, conforme et efficace qui fournit une flotte de véhicules entièrement opérationnelle pour Lille.
• Définir de nouveaux processus et des meilleures pratiques pour favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle au sein de l’entrepôt.
• Travailler en partenariat avec d’autres services sur des projets qui permettent d’identifier des opportunités d’expansion dans votre région.
• Définir et contrôler les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) qui mesurent la rentabilité, le chiffre d’affaires et les performances opérationnelles de votre marché.
• Travailler avec le représentant local des affaires publiques pour gérer les principales questions juridiques, réglementaires et de sécurité.
• Entretenir des relations positives avec les clients, les autorités réglementaires et municipales, les employés et la direction de Lime.
• Collaborer avec les équipes ingénierie et product pour mener à bien des initiatives locales de croissance.

• Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle
• Build a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for Lille, France
• Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehouse
• Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)
• Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)
• Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation support
• Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issues
• Maintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth

About you:

• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle ; idéalement 1 an ou plus d’expérience dans un poste opérationnel
• Expérience dans la direction d’équipes appréciée
• Expertise démontrée de la région Lilloise et capacité à anticiper les besoins opérationnels et/ou les défis dans cette zone.
• Avoir un esprit entrepreneurial et être capable d’être autonome et flexible
• Être énergétique et capable de prendre des décisions fondées sur des données.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français à l’oral et l’écrit.
• Familiarité avec Excel et Google Sheets (des connaissances en Tableau et SQL seraient un plus) avec la capacité de tirer des conclusions à partir des données.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de gestion des parties prenantes

• 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with the Lille, France region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this area
• Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset
• Fluent verbal and written English & French language skills
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
