Apply today!What you will be doingPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates projects with service providers (i.e. printers, creative partner, fulfillment partner) to ensure client satisfaction with card service and deliveryLiaises with adjudication partner on program set-ups and reportingParticipates in client meetings, as requiredDevelops work back schedules for card program initiativesActs as liaison between CSL and the client on material productionAssists with client reviews and approval processes (i.e. PromoMats ZincMaps, Veeva Vault) and Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) submissionsWorks with CSL leadership team, Innomar Marketing, and outside agencies to develop promotions and promotional materials to increase card uptake and return on investmentDevelops client marketing materials to support card programs (HCP faxes, call scripts, detail aids, brochures)Proof-reads materials prior to print production/deliveryActs as point person for CSL Reporting Portal additionsResponsible for RxHelp Admin portal and RxHelp site maintenance, program and logo additions, coordinating site updates and changes with Innomar ITCoordinates the preparation and delivery of RxHelp card and other materials to customersCoordinates delivery of materials to client sales repsWorks with our adjudication partner company to ensure adequate inventory is available for all fulfillmentDevelops and maintains strong relationships with major customers and partnersInteracts with Finance and clients on invoicing and Purchase Order issuesManages all French translations for program materials.Supports the development of RFP requests and liaises with internal staff (NBD) as needed to deliver client proposalsActs as point person on client AE/PV training (annual for all clients), completes and submits Adverse Event ReportsSends monthly program reports to clientsConsistently maintains high corporate profile with key customers and strategic business partnersWorks closely with the rest of the CSL team to gather feedback from customers on requirements and business needsWorks with the CSL Team to resolve complex business issues or concernsProvides pre and post-sales support service, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and maximizing business benefitsInterfaces with suppliers to attain and negotiate quotes for creative and printing servicesProvides assistance and support with the preparation of proposals (reviews and edits copy written by other members of the CSL team)Liaises with the Account leads to maintain maximum levels of account supportActs as a point of contact for technical queries, HCP and patient inquiries (through [email protected])Handles various administrative tasks for the CSL team (i.e. Fedex shipments, rep mailing requests,Other related activities as assigned.What your background should look likeEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor degree, Business, Science or Arts3-5 years total combined experience in marketing, client services and/or account managementStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to apply critical thinking skills in order to solution problemsBilingualism an assetHighly organized with strong attention to detailMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:Extensive knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry, specialty programs and ideally a good understanding of the PAAB CodeStrong writing and editing capabilitiesAbility to work on many projects at once with various individualsMinimal travel requiredStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office ProgramsKnowledge of graphic illustrator or Photoshop an assetWhat Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
