With , we are bringing the Wealth Management model to the masses.About the roleYour manager will be Your role will be to ensure our operations run smoothly.As an Operation Specialist, your mission is to handle the investment process end-to-end for our high net worth clients. You ensure that they get a great experience, and interact with our investment partners. Additionally, you monitor performance metrics, identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives.You’d be a great fit if youyou have 3+ years in operations roles in ops-heavy organizationshave a knack for talking to clients and are an excellent communicatorlike to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problemsalways optimize to find the right balance between speed & qualitythrive in ever-changing environmentshave high levels of energyare a team playerhave a track record in working in financial servicesare fluent in French (written and spoken)are based in Paris (mandatory)Bonus points if youare passionate about personal financeare an accomplished athletehave built AI-powered productsHow to apply?Tell us why you want to join Finary.
