About the roleFinding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.We are looking for a Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize personnel, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations within the Rail Department, which manages the transportation and handling of materials and products via rail to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain operations. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
