If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you.The Role:As a Washer/Capper Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that sample boxes used by field staff and farmers meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your role will involve:
- Preparing and processing sample boxes for dispatch
- Washing and capping pots to strict quality standards
- Monitoring dosing and capping machines to ensure accuracy
- Conducting basic machine maintenance and alerting engineers to any issues
- Following all health and safety procedures
Working Environment:
- You will be based in a small team environment where teamwork is essential
- The role involves standing for long periods
- The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual handling and repetitive tasks
