If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you.The Role:As a Washer/Capper Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that sample boxes used by field staff and farmers meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your role will involve:

• Preparing and processing sample boxes for dispatch
• Washing and capping pots to strict quality standards
• Monitoring dosing and capping machines to ensure accuracy
• Conducting basic machine maintenance and alerting engineers to any issues
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Environment:

• You will be based in a small team environment where teamwork is essential
• The role involves standing for long periods
• The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual handling and repetitive tasks
