OperatorMain FunctionsThe Operator is in charge of process operations and warehousing:

• including responsibility for CCPs, GMPs, Food Safety, HSE,
• proper equipment operation, adhering to all Safety protocols, sanitation, communication,
• other jobs assigned,
• as well as collaboration with the entire Lallemand organization and Cornwall Lallemand team.

• Experience with Food Manufactuing, operations, CIP, GPM and use of difference computer programs.
