Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs an optical consultant you will be working on the shopfloor providing a high standard of care to our customers, recommending products to aid their health and lifestyle.You will spend time building great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs. This will enable you to help our customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.You will work in store and report to the store leadership team.You will also be involved in:
- Ordering and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses
- Providing after sales support through repairs and adjustments
- Working together as part of a team
- Completing operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of a store
- Support other colleagues within the stores to develop their knowledge
What you’ll need to have
- Passion for customer service
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working in retail or an optical environment
