You would be joining the People Technology team who play a pivotal role in HR and the organisation. The team are highly engaged and supportive, tracking an 80+ eNPS with a strong shared purpose, with the customer at heart and where everyone is encouraged to be an individual.As well as expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Payroll, Core HR and Absence Management, the role also requires the ability to understand HR business processes, requirements, and translating these into system solutions.
