Order Picker | Warehouse | Weekends Off

A national restaurant supply company is looking to add a Order Picker to the Warehouse team. The Order Picker performs various product fulfillment duties in Fort Worth. As an Order Picker associate, you will pack and ship products to fulfill order requirements. Training is provided to learn various powered industrial equipment (cherry picker, forklift, reach truck) to move, pick, load, unload, and store products and inventory in the warehouse. Other various warehouse duties will be performed when not operating a forklift.

The ideal person for this role would be experienced working in a warehouse environment, comfortable working with warehouse equipment such as a forklift and cherry picker, and have a can-do attitude!

Qualifications:

• Two Years experience as a warehouse associate order picking
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., bend stoop and walk on feet for the full shift
• Basic Microsoft program experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with shipping software

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying, checking, and sorting items according to orders/picking lists
• Selection of proper packaging materials to capture efficient freight charges
• Data entry to process information in the company’s WMS system
• Maintain records on orders and pick list for audit

Shift Options: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (8-hour shift and shift may vary)

Pay: $17 per hour
