Order Processing Specialist

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our company, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing, from initial customer contact to order completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on the lives of our veterans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process Proof of Delivery within specified timeframes.
• Manage and verify incoming customer orders via email for accuracy.
• Ensure order accuracy, including product specifications and patient verification.
• Sort, process, and enter orders for new patients, renewals, and purchases.
• Reconcile end-of-day transactions, charge customers, and handle refunds.?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative, or order processing roles.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedules:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Location: North Scottsdale, Near Scottsdale Airport – 100% Onsite (Not Remote)

Pay: $19/hr DOE
