Job description
Overview (English Portal):***Position open as part of a temporary immigration process in the province of Quebec***We are looking for a Fast food supervisor to complete the teams of our business partners located in the province of Quebec.Responsibilities (English Portal):
- Maintain a collaborative atmosphere by effectively communicating and facilitating meetings with employees and managers ;
- Ensure the recruitment, hiring, training of new employees and development of existing employees;
- Be present during high traffic hours;
- Place or approve orders;
- Evaluate staff, establish their needs and work schedules;
- Maintain budget estimates;
- Ensure control of deposits and petty cash;
- Handle customer complaints;
- Implement promotional activities and equipment preventive maintenance programs;
- Ensure compliance with and updates to the Always Mikes employee manual, company regulations, labor laws and consumer products;
- Enforce sanitation, hygiene and occupational health and safety rules.
Qualifications (English Portal):Education Required: College degree or other food service management program.Years of related experience: 3 years of food service experience, including supervisory experienceQualifications:
- Be comfortable with a computer system;
- Basic knowledge of Outlook;

- Leadership;
