Responsibilities:Reporting to the Outbound Manager, the Outbound Clerk will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain a proficient knowledge of Shipping/Returns processes and procedures
• Verify and report on inventory
• Process store entry stock transfers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stock, stock locations, and model number
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all manufacturers specification and handling instructions
• Picking of all product types, put-a-way of all product types
• Ensure accuracy in the generation of reports
• Housekeeping functions
• Operate equipment (power and non power) in a safe and efficient manner
• Adhere to all Health & Safety / Employee Conduct / Job Specific Policies & Procedures
• Ship completed invoices
• Driver check-in

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse environment an asset
• Proficient knowledge of department systems and procedures; WMS systems and procedures; Retail system
• Able to multi-task and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
