Location: Remote first, Monthly attendance at one of regional offices is required. Office options in Stoke, Peterborough or London.

Calling customers to discuss where we can support them further – whether that be where customers have struggled with the online check out for our Home Cover products, discussing upgrade options for new services we have launched into the market or on our green energy mission where a customer’s boiler may be close to end of life – with multiple ways of keeping the customer warm this winter – whether that be through a new boiler, heat pump or our recently added solar options!Whilst the role is predominantly based around outbound calling customers who have indicated interest, or are already a Hometree customer, there may be times that enable you to demonstrate your skills on the inbound customer line too!Success is defined by speaking to as many customers as possible to support them in their journey and signing them up for their desired Hometree product – compliantly and through great customer service.Responsibilities:
