About the roleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Packaging and Product Artworker to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company.   • Creating and refining product labels and packaging artwork with precision and consistency
  • Applying designs to cutter guides and templates, ensuring perfect fit and technical accuracy
  • Managing colour accuracy in line with Pantone and brand standards across various print processes
  • Preparing print-ready files, tailored to digital, offset, and screen printing
  • Following and upholding The GelBottle Inc.’s design processes and quality standards
  • Working independently to interpret briefs, manage workloads, and ask the right questions
  • Collaborating with NPD and Compliance teams to meet all technical and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing artwork quality control to ensure flawless, production-ready designs
  • Liaising with packaging and label suppliers to deliver files for proofing and production

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week at our Brighton HQ.About you:We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Artworker with 3–5 years’ experience, ideally in packaging, labelling or FMCG, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need expert knowledge of print, colour, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus a passion for beauty and branding. This role is based in our Brighton office 3–4 days a week.You’ll need:

  • 3–5 years in a similar artwork role, ideally in beauty, packaging, or FMCG
  • Expert in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong print knowledge and experience with Pantone and colour matching systems
  • Pixel-perfect attention to detail and a love for brand consistency
  • Experience designing for beauty or cosmetics packaging
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
