• Work on a preventative maintenance programme for painting and decorating around the hotel in public areas, back of house and guest rooms
• You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
• Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager
• Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel
• Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

• Experience in a similar role
• A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
