Do you have experience working with employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, supplier agreements, royalties, and patents?Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring exclusively for their client, seeking to hire an experienced Remote Paralegal (Full or Part Time) (Commercial Business) to workremotely based in the South West, with occasional visits to the office near Taunton.Our client works with many international companies and due to some internal changes is now looking to recruit an ambitious and diligent in-house paralegal for their Bridgwater office to support and report directly to the Managing Director.The working hours can be full-time or part-time, over four or five days per week. The hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule, ranging from 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:00 pm for full-time positions, with variations for part-time hours. The hybrid working model allows you to work remotely from home for 3 days per week and in the office for 2 days per week. You also have the option to be office-based full-time if you prefer.The annual salary is £40,000 – £60,000 PA DOE.Key Responsibilities:As the sole legal representative for this business, you will not be joining a solicitor’s firm. You should be comfortable working for an organization outside the corporate legal world. This opportunity may be refreshing for the right person and should not be overlooked.As an in-house paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and the management team with a variety of tasks. This includes legal research, preparing relevant documents, contract management, risk management, and administrative duties. You will also collaborate with external solicitors.Your responsibilities will involve working with employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and supplier agreements. Additionally, you will assist with royalties and patents, and will work with commercial business contract laws. It is important to stay updated on international laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to the company’s operations. Liaising with external counsel and other legal professionals as necessary will also be part of your role.Experience, attributes & skills sought:

• To be successful in this role you will be required to have a Law Degree or GDL with an accompanying set of strong written and verbal communication skills which can enable you to effectively communicate.
• Organisation skills is a must, as this job will require you to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You will need to be both confident in your ability to work independently and collaboratively as you will be operating in a dynamic environment.
• Having previous experience in an in-house or private practice setting is desirable, but not required, as is a proficiency in legal research tools and AI legal assistance tools.
