Robert Half is partnering with a reputable and established Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm who is hiring a paralegal with 5+ years who will assist with complex plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to trial. Responsibilities:

• Managing plaintiff litigation case from inception (pre-suit) to conclusion (trial/settlement)

• Case management from inception to conclusion of cases in State and Federal Courts.

• Proficient in State and Federal Court Rules and Procedures

• Preparing draft discovery responses and draft routine motions

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish- verbal and written skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; as well as Courtmap and E-Filing with Pacer

• Strong work ethic

• Work well under pressure and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a team player
