They should be highly organised, able to manage workloads effectively, and maintain accuracy while working to deadlines. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt to evolving processes will be key to success in this role.RequirementsMain Accountabilities

• Opening and organising incoming post
• Scanning and validating documents
• Photocopying
• Data entry
• Making payments to Councils/Private Parking online and over the phone
• Excel Spreadsheets
• Transferring various documents into driver’s name and address

Essential:

• An active team player who is willing to be flexible, adaptable and support where needed

• Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Impeccable organisation and time-keeping skills

• The ability to prioritise your workload and complete tasks to deadline
