• Must have a Part II qualification
• Full life-cycle project experience will be welcomed, but strong technical experience will be welcomed for two particular student accommodation projects in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, colleagues and staff from all disciplines on a daily basis.
• Be ambitious. They’re a huge believer of promoting from within and want determined staff to join them.
• A minimum of 1.5 years’ experience of using Revit.
• This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK
