A top AJ studio is looking to hire a number of part II architects for support on multiple London based projects reaching stage 4.Job #1117Part II residential contract 8 weeksA Quick SummaryPart II residential contract 8 weeks – A top AJ studio is looking to hire a number of part II architects for support on multiple London based projects reaching stage 4. They are working in AutoCAD and Revit and seeking confident users of at least one of these. Depending on your software background, you will be working for around 6-8 weeks on sublime residential schemes in London aiding with the tender packages. Centrally located, this studio is one of the most highly regarded in the industry and has a team of around 100 people.The RoleYou will be supporting teams of qualified architects and be liaising with the interiors team to ensure delivery is of the highest quality. Architectural assistants with residential interior fit out knowledge will also be highly considered. You will be working on stage 4 so having experience in this area and working in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential. The office is based in a central location near a handful of tube stations and has good bus links too. The office is in a building with a number of other studios and offers a creative and professional environment.What sectors do they work in?The studio offers a multidisciplinary portfolio which heavily focuses on the residential, commercial and hospitality market here in London.Software and KnowledgeBackground experience in the residential sector will be highly advantageous, though those with commercial and hospitality experience will also be considered. It is essential that you can use AutoCAD and highly advantageous if you have knowledge of Revit.Those available with short or no notice periods will have an advantage.Why work there?We have worked with this practice for some time and our candidates love working here.
