Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description:

• Overseeing overall flow of cash for the organization
• Posting and managing all charge backs
• Working closely with sales team and distribution center to verify shipments and inventory counts to rectify charge back bills
• Communicating with customers as needed to bill and process outstanding balances

Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Flexible start time between the hours of 8am-5pm. You can also pick if you want to work 4 or 5 days a week!

Pay: $22/hr

Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with Accounts Receivable
• Previous experience with ERP system (preferably Microsoft NAV) OR thorough Quickbooks experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (regarding data entry)
• Proficient with 10-key
