18 HOURS PER WEEKWho we’re looking forAs part of our Rents team, you’ll use your stellar communication and customer service skills to support customers to pay their rent arrears after tenancies have ended and their parking charges. As part of the role, you’ll be tracing former tenants with outstanding balance and taking appropriate steps to ensure the balance is paid in full. You’ll be responding to routine enquiries from tenants and collection agencies through different channels and liaise with debt collection agents where needed.You’ll need experience of working in an administrative role within a fast paced environment and be able to communicate clearly and thoughtfully. You will have excellent numeracy skills and be able to carry out tasks quickly and effectively.
