Manufacturing Admin Specialist
You will be supporting their Production Team with data entry, running maintenance reports, and inventory control. You will play a key role in the success of their daily production goals.
This role is part-time, temp-to-hire on the day shift. They offer training and full benefits upon permanent hire as well as annual bonuses and tuition reimbursement. Fun fact: You can listen to music while working!
Manufacturing Admin
Specialist Job Duties:
- Run maintenance reports
- A lot of data entry
- Use MS Office products and other production software
- Keep accurate inventory count in the system
- Communicate with other departments
- Fluent Spanish is preferred, but not required
Pay:
$23 –
$25 an hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
- 8 am – 12 pm (they are flexible with your start time!)
Manufacturing Admin
Specialist requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of Microsoft Office product experience
- 1 – 2 years of Data entry experience
- Inventory control experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Fluent Spanish is preferred, but not required
