Medical SecretaryBand 4, 29.6 hours per weekPermanentRheumatologyThe Medical Secretarial Service have a vacancy for Medical Secretary to join the Rheumatology Team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This exciting opportunity would be ideal for an experienced secretary looking to expand on their existing knowledge or move in to the medical secretarial team.The postThe post holder will work as part of the Medical Secretary Team in the Rheumatology Department at ARI to provide secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and their medical and nursing staff.Hours of work are negotiable with the successful candidate between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. The post is part-time at 30 hours per week.What we love to seeThe ideal candidate should have previous Medical Secretary experience or experience in a similar role including scheduling of appointments/diary management, and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to touch type with experience of audio typing is also essential.Who we areThe Medical Secretarial Service provides secretarial and administration support to medical, surgical, and clinical teams across the acute sector of NHS Grampian.
