Part Time Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant

A local plastics manufacturing company is adding a Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant to their team for a period of 3 months to help support their team. This position will be part-time at first, with the potential for more hours after a period of one month.

You’ll be working in an office for a production company where plastic sheeting is made for a wide variety of products, such as vinyl used in offices, and medical and industrial products. In this role, you will be assisting the Controller and will be an integral part of the administrative team.

Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Entering bank transactions and processing checks
  • Assisting with customer and internal inquiries
  • Scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Preparation of documents for external auditors

Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years administrative experience
  • 1 year Accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Pay: $22-$26 per hour

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 7am-4:30pm
