Holding responsibility for reaching out to new potential partners, fostering good relationships and build Zinc’s name in the market.🤩 This would be an excellent role for someone currently working as an agency recruiter looking to transition into a role that is more focused around building and maintaining relationships.
Your experience 🌟⚡️ Experience working as an agency Recruiter⚡️ In depth knowledge of the HR industry⚡️ Adept at conversing with directors and business leaders⚡️ Skilled at identifying, qualifying and building beneficial relationshipsYour Strengths 😎🌟 Problem Solving ->You will hit a lot of curveballs in partnerships, being creative and figuring out the best ways of progressing forwards is crucial.🌟 Organisation ->You will be managing many spinning plates and having to prioritise well and communicate consistently.🌟 Professional, interpersonal skills ->You will be working as part of a tight knit team in super collaborative, cross-functional company and working day to day with partners, you will need to be able to easily adjust your tone and appropriately communicate with🌟 Sales & Negotiation ->You will need to Identify and close the highest quality leads, ensuring the best partnership outcome for Zinc.Salary 💰£40,000 + bonus📍Hybrid, Central LondonWe appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.Interview Process 🤩⚡️💎
