  • Lottie’s Marketplace (B2B2C) – A free service that helps families and retirees find the UK’s best care homes and retirement living properties.
  • Found by Lottie (B2B) – CRM software mapped to the care and retirement living industries unique customer journey.
  • Seniorcare by Lottie (B2B) – Employee benefits platform, helping corporates deliver outstanding eldercare support to their employees.

Since launch, Lottie has gone on to support millions of families navigate the stressful later living system, while helping tens of thousands begin their next chapter in later life care.The opportunityAs the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your mission is to enhance our brand presence and effectively reach care providers and organisations, supporting our business objectives and contributing to the success of our marketplace and CRM products.You will work closely with the commercial and product teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff and to optimise the lead-to-demo conversion process. Your role will encompass a variety of marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and partnership development.What you will be doing

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for our B2B products, focusing on care providers and organisations needing our CRM solutions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel lifecycle campaigns aimed at B2B audiences, working closely with our CRM and Growth teams, monitoring and optimising campaign performance to achieve target KPIs. Develop project briefs and drive execution to support these campaigns
  • Reporting: Manage tools to track lead generation efforts, monitor campaign performance, and manage lead nurturing workflows.
  • Content Marketing: Create and oversee the production of B2B content, to attract and nurture leads. Collaborate with the SEO team to optimise B2B content for search engines.
  • Event Planning: Organise and manage B2B events, such as webinars, industry conferences, and networking events, to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance lead generation efforts and expand our market reach.
  • Data: Combine both industry and Lottie data to target different cohorts of operators effectively – help Lottie become the go-to place for sector insights.
  • Communication: By quickly understanding the complex nature of the care sector, you will execute campaigns via of a tone that resonates with both our existing client base and prospects
